Conditions of use
It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash register receipt, to exchange or reimburse all new merchandise, in its original packaging, within 15 days of the purchase, in any S3 store. It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash receipt, to repair or exchange all defective merchandise, at the store where the purchase was made, within 90 days of the purchase.
By measure of hygiene, there is no exchange or refund on swimsuits and underwear.

The S3 Site is owned and is operated by FGL Sports Ltd. ("FGL" collectively referred to herein as "S3", "we", "us" or the "Company"). The S3 Site may, from time to time, contain links to other sites. 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Your knowledge and consent (which may be given expressly or impliedly by your conduct) are required for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.
The Company may ask you to provide personal information in the following circumstances:
Membership & Accounts: when you become a member of S3 you will be asked to set up an account which will contain certain information about you;
Contests & Surveys: in order to properly administer the contests organized by S3 and select a valid winner, we require certain personal information to be provided. Similarly, we require some basic information upon the completion of a survey to verify the results;
Contact us: any time you contact our customer service department your name, contact information and details regarding your issue are logged; and
Promotions: you may register to receive information about our special promotions without becoming a S3 member. You will be asked to enter your email address.
Categories of information collected online may include name, email address, phone numbers, gift card information or demographic information.
2. HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT?
We use the personal information that we collect from you only for the purposes outlined to you upon collection.
Your personal information may be used by S3, its agents, franchisees and service providers:
Administration: to administer and enhance your guest and / or customer relationship with us, including to administer accounts, administer our customer service centre and administer contests and promotions;
Customer Needs: to understand your needs and preferences and respond to your requests which will allow us to tailor our offerings to you. This may include use for statistical analysis;
Communication: to communicate with you about products, services, special offerings and events or programs offered by S3 or its marketing partners that may be of interest to you;
Promotions: to conduct surveys, contests and promotions;
Inappropriate Behavior: to detect and protect the Company and other third parties against error, negligence, breach of contract, theft, fraud and other illegal activity;
Legal and Corporate use: to comply with the Company audit requirements and to audit compliance with laws, Company corporate policies, procedures and contractual obligations. We may also use this information to respond to all administrative and legal proceedings or to protect our rights, property or safety of the Company, subsidiaries and affiliates, service providers, customers or otherwise; and
Other: for any other purpose for which you consent.
We will not retain your personal information any longer than is required to fulfill the Company purpose for which you provided the information or as required by law. Further, only those employees or third parties who require your information for valid business purposes for which you have consented to collection will be provided with your personal information.
3. HOW WILL WE SHARE THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT?
We do not license, sell or provide your personal information to any third party unless required or permitted by law. We do however have relationships with trusted third parties, including our franchisees to better serve our customers. These relationships include:
Marketing and Promotions: we may engage certain parties to assist in the dissemination of marketing and promotional offers to existing customers or members of S3 who have agreed to accept such promotional material; and
Additional relationship: the Company may engage other third parties to assist in such services as customer service, product customization, user reviews, gift cards, fraud protection and data services. These parties will only have that information necessary and will be restricted in their use of such information, whether contractually or otherwise, to those purposes identified by the Company.
There is a possibility that the Company could amalgamate with, acquire or be acquired by another business entity. If this occurs, some or all of the personal information collected about you will be shared with this entity as well as retained by the Company.
4. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We realize that our customers are entrusting their personal information to us. This trust is of the utmost importance to us. We maintain several safeguards to ensure that, to the best of our abilities, your information is protected. Some of these measures include restricted access, passwords, encryption, and employee training consistent with industry standard security measures.
Unfortunately, as with all internet use, despite our efforts there is always the risk that a third party may unlawfully intercept transmissions. As a result, we cannot ensure the complete security of any information you transmit and you transmit all information at your own risk.

S3brdshp.com is wholly owned and operated by FGL, which also provides services to over 9 S3 franchise stores, mainly in the province of Quebec.
S3brdshp.com understands and respects your concern for the privacy and the security of the personal information contained in your résumé. At s3brdshp.com, we are committed to providing you with a secure and confidential experience.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
At FGL, we do not collect personal information unless we identify the purposes for such collection to you and you consent to this collection. Users of our Web Site who are interested in employment within our organization or with one of our S3 franchisees, may provide us with their résumé, which document may contain personal information.
At FGL, we have created a data base (the "Data Base") containing résumés received by e-mail for the purposes of fulfilling our present and future employee recruitment needs, as well as to assist our S3 franchisees in providing them possible candidates for positions in their organizations.
Once FGL receives your résumé, we will confirm to you that we have received it. Afterwards, it will go through a pre-selection process whereby your résumé will be reviewed to evaluate if the information provided (e.g. experience) matches position profiles in our organization or for which our franchisees need candidates. Your résumé may then be stored in our Data Base for our present or future needs or those of our franchisees.
When you e-mail your résumé to us, we also collect the e-mail address you supply, so that we can respond. It is thereafter removed or deleted from our systems. We don't use your e-mail address for any purpose other than responding to the résumé you sent, unless we have your permission.
USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By sending FGL your résumé, FGL will use the information collected to:
- Review your résumé to evaluate if it matches profiles of positions within our organization or that of S3 franchisees;
- Send your résumé to S3 franchisees whose personnel recruitment requirements fit your employment profile for a position within the franchisees organization;
- Store your résumé in our Data Base for a maximum period of six (6) months;
- Use your résumé for convening interviews held by us for our purposes and/or for those of S3 franchisees;
and, except as provided hereafter, for no other use, unless we obtain your prior consent.
In addition, in the course of the selection process, we may use third parties to perform a variety of functions on our behalf. For example, we hire credit agencies to verify the solvency of candidates. These third parties may have access to personal information if it is necessary to perform their work for FGL. However, they are prohibited contractually from using any of this information for any other purposes and are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
Except as specifically provided for in this policy, FGL will not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information to other party.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY FGL?
S3brdshp.com strictly controls access to your personal information to our employees who require access to this information and, then, only for those purposes described above. Employees are kept up-to-date with regard to the privacy and security policies and practices of s3brdshp.com.
Your résumé is password protected for your privacy and security. We use industry standard SSL encryption to protect data transmission where appropriate.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION
We may store your résumé in our e-mail address files at our offices at the address indicated below for a period of up to six (6) months, after which it is then removed. We believe the duration the information is stored and the protective measures taken are appropriate and reasonable. Access to the information is restricted to authorized personnel, which must adhere to the privacy and security policies of FGL.
CONTROL OF INFORMATION
You are always in control of the personal information you provided to us by e-mail. For example, you can request we remove your résumé from our Data Base at any time. You can also update the information we have by sending us an updated résumé.
By sending us your résumé by e-mail, you are consenting to the collection, use and storage of the personal information it contains, for the purposes set out in this policy.
Please note that S3 franchisees are contracting parties independent from FGL. Therefore, if a person who sent us his or her résumé is hired by a S3 franchisee, there is no employee-employer relationship between that person and FGL.
We do reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and other officials in the investigation requiring personal information. We may also report to other organizations about improper or unlawful user activities on s3brdshp.com and this reporting may include disclosure of personal information related to those individuals conducting improper or unlawful activities.
